As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with mining recruitment experience who is looking to further develop their career within a growing business.
While mining will be your primary focus, you'll also have the opportunity to recruit across the construction and civil sectors as our client base continues to expand.
Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Manager, you'll play an important role supporting our existing recruitment function while helping drive the continued growth of the business.
You'll work closely with existing clients, source quality candidates, and contribute to building long-term relationships across multiple industries.
About the Role This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting both existing and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across primarily mining roles Supporting recruitment across construction and civil positions as required Sourcing,



screening and interviewing quality candidates Conducting reference checks and coordinating mobilisation and onboarding Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Managing recruitment activities through JobAdder Assisting with ongoing business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and current client accounts Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the recruitment process About You We're looking for someone who enjoys recruitment, works well in a team environment and is keen to grow with the business.
You'll ideally have: Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the mining industry Exposure to labour hire or workforce solutions Experience recruiting blue-collar roles (construction/civil experience highly regarded) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and time management Experience using JobAdder (preferred but not essential) Current WA Driver's Licence Ability to pass a Lab Drug & Alcohol screen Construction White Card (desirable) What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Uncapped bonus structure Weekly pay Monday to Friday role One work-from-home day each week Supportive and collaborative team environment Genuine career progression as the business continues to grow Modern Cockburn-based office At MPC Solutions, we're building a team of people who enjoy what they do, value strong relationships, and want to contribute to a growing WA business.
