Smithfield Dental and Dental on Martyn are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Dental/Medical Practice Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in beautiful Far North Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who enjoys managing two busy practices, supporting dedicated teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practices.
Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and administrative team.
Managing patient appointments and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
Handling payroll, accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
Managing stock, suppliers, and general practice administration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Practice Manager.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Confidence working with budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
Experience with dental practice software (preferred but not essential).
