An established and highly regarded real estate agency on the South Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its close-knit and collaborative team.

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties, overseeing the portfolio end-to-end while receiving dedicated support with leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.
Reporting into an experienced leadership team, you'll also work alongside a group of knowledgeable Property Managers who are always willing to share ideas and support each other.

About you
Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
Confident managing a portfolio from end to end
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and time management skills
A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture
Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
