About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans




Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and overall health needs
Maintain best practice infection prevention and control standards
Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster where required)
Current Influenza vaccination
Valid Australian working rights
100 points of identification
