The RoleYou'll take ownership of a residential portfolio across Mackay and Bowen, delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants while managing the day-to-day responsibilities that come with property management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your residential portfolio from end to end
Conducting routine inspections and property visits
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing arrears, lease administration and tenancy matters
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Attending Tribunal hearings when required
Ensuring compliance with current QLD legislation
Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe and associated systems




What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision and confidently manage their own workload.
You'll have:
At least 4 years' experience in residential property management
Current QLD Registration Certificate
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Experience using PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A current unrestricted driver's licence
The ability to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team
