With continued investment in modern processing and packing facilities, we are entering an exciting phase of growth.About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and hands-on Production Supervisors to lead daily operations across our packing and processing facility.These roles are responsible for overseeing staff, equipment, and production processes to ensure output targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will also act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and operational issues on shift.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities across packing and processing linesLead and manage production staff to ensure productivity and performance targets are metOversee the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipmentMonitor production output and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyTroubleshoot operational issues and minimise downtimeCoordinate cleaning and preventative maintenance schedulesWork closely with maintenance teams to resolve equipment faultsOversee product quality control and ensure specifications are metMaintain accurate production, downtime, and quality recordsEnsure compliance with WHS and food safety standardsTrain, support, and develop production team membersContribute to continuous improvement initiativesSkills & ExperienceRelevant Qualification plus at least 1 year of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experienceStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience working with production machinery and troubleshooting issuesSolid understanding of quality control and safety practicesAbility to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + SuperStable, full-time employmentModern, well-equipped production facilitySupportive team culture in a family-owned businessOpportunities for career growth and progressionJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,****** – $80,****** per yearWork Location: In person
