RMR Projects is seeking a hands-on, driven Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our
growing, passionate team.

You'll be leading our boutique townhouse projects (4–5 residences, up to 4 storeys)
full concrete construction builds that demand precision and creativity.

About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of site operations from start to handover —
driving progress, managing trades, ensuring safety, and maintaining RMR's
uncompromising quality standards.
This role is leadership-focused, not tool-based, though you'll stay close to the action
with walk-throughs, setups, and progress checks.
You'll work closely with our Project and Construction Managers, backed by a
responsive operations team, to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget,
and to the standard RMR Projects is recognised for.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee all construction activities from site setup to handover
 Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to meet program milestones
 Lead toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance across site operations
 Monitor and maintain quality control against plans, specs, and codes
 Communicate clearly with management on progress, variations, and
challenges




 Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively
 Uphold RMR's benchmark standards for presentation, workmanship, and
professionalism
 Provide feedback and ideas to continuously improve our build process
About You
 Minimum 5 years' experience supervising townhouse or multi-residential
builds
 Strong trade coordination and leadership skills
 Thorough understanding of construction sequencing and residential methods
 Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
 Confident using job management software (Buildertrend or similar)
 QBCC Site Supervisor Licence & White Card (essential)
 Cert IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent qualification)
 Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to lead by example
 Experience with boutique or custom builders is essential
