Recquatic is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team in a casual capacity. You will be the primary contact for members and customers, handling inquiries across channels and delivering accurate information about memberships, programs and services.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will support centre operations, assist with sales processes and perform a range of administrative tasks including data entry. The role supports City of Kwinana's Recquatic service.
