Green by Nature is seeking a qualified Leading Hand to join our team at Caulfield Racecourse, working with the Melbourne Racing Club (MRC). You will guide the grounds team daily, ensuring high standards of maintenance and serving as onsite Green by Nature representative to staff and MRC Management.
You will coordinate pre-race tasks, assist with training, and help manage paperwork and safety compliance while supporting event days and routine operations.
