We're looking for more than a Production Shift Supervisor.
We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, solves problems with confidence, and creates a culture of accountability.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be empowered to lead your shift, make operational decisions, coach your team, and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
If you're someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys improving processes rather than simply maintaining them, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be responsible for
Leading, mentoring and developing a production team during your shift.
Taking ownership of shift performance, productivity and operational outcomes.
Identifying production issues early and implementing practical solutions with minimal disruption.
Making confident decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Coordinating labour, production schedules and workflow to meet daily targets.
Working closely with Maintenance, Quality and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Monitoring KPIs, downtime, waste and production performance.
Ensuring food safety, quality standards and workplace safety requirements are maintained at all times.
Creating a positive team culture built on accountability, communication and continuous improvement.
Coaching team members and addressing performance concerns when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and doesn't shy away from making decisions.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader or Operations Supervisor within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar setting.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
The confidence to make decisions and resolve operational challenges independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing KPIs, production targets and workplace performance.
A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
Sound understanding of workplace safety and quality systems.
What's on Offer
Leadership role with real impact and autonomy
Fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Supportive senior leadership team
Competitive hourly rate + shift penalties (wages position)

Why This Role?
This is not a sit-back management role - this is for someone who wants to own the operation, lead from the floor, and make a real difference in a critical production environment.
If you're a strong operator who knows how to balance people, performance, and pressure, this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership position.
Additional Requirements
