Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Recruitment
Consultant.
As a member
of Employee Services, you will be responsible for:
Accountable
for a recruitment case load.
Provide
advisory service on recruitment, selection and appointment
processes in accordance with legislative and regulatory
framework governing public sector
employment.
Provide
support to appplicants and employees to ensure they have an
optimal recruitment experience
Use a range
of IT systems to process, record and manage transactional
activivies and documentation
Process the
transactional components of the recruitment activities
accurately, consistently and in a timely manner, in accordance
with defined KPIs.
