About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assembly/Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team at XRF Technology.
This full-time role is based in our modern facility in Balcatta, Western Australia.
As an Assembly/Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial part in the production and assembly of our cutting-edge products, contributing to the success and growth of our company.
What you'll be doing
Assemble components and finished products according to detailed instructions and specifications
Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Operate various tools and equipment required for assembly and production
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient workflow
Identify and report any issues or defects to ensure high-quality outputs
Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or Manufacturing Technician in a similar industry with strong mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work




Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
