About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
Managing appointments, phone enquiries and front desk administration
Performing specialised neurological assessments using advanced technology (full training provided)
Preparing patients for assessments and explaining procedures confidently
Recording accurate clinical information
Supporting our chiropractors throughout the day
Helping maintain an organised, efficient and positive practice environment
No chiropractic or healthcare experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Learns technology and new systems quickly
Communicates confidently and enjoys building relationships
Stays calm, organised and efficient in a busy workplace
Takes initiative and enjoys contributing to a high-performing team
Is looking for a long-term prospect to learn and grow
Hours
This is a casual position.
Typical shifts include:
Weekday morning and/or afternoon shifts as required
Saturday mornings (7:00 am – 1:00 pm) are essential
Additional shifts are available to cover annual leave, sick leave and busy periods.
