About the Role
We are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join the team in Osborne Park within a fast-paced production environment, where you'll be responsible for maintaining, fault finding and optimising electrical systems across the plant.
You'll be working on a variety of equipment including conveyors, control systems, instrumentation and processing machinery, supporting production to minimise downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
This role suits electricians from manufacturing, industrial, commercial or mining environments who are confident working across both maintenance and fault finding.
Shift, Salary & Benefits
Base Rate: $***** per hour + Super
Rotating shifts: 5:00am - 1:00pm| 1:00pm - 9:00pm (+15% shift loading) | 9:00pm - 5:00am (+25% shift loading)
Additional Weekly Allowances:
Tool Allowance: $***** | First Aid Allowance: $***** (if applicable)
Electrical Allowance: $***** | Electrical Licence Allowance: $*****
With shift penalties, overtime and allowances, take-home earnings can be significantly higher than the base rate.
What You'll Be Doing
Fault finding, testing and calibrating instrumentation systems and equipment
Maintenance of plant and processing equipment
Installing, maintaining and calibrating sensors, transmitters and control systems
Working across conveyors, motors and automated systems
Interpreting technical drawings, manuals and schematics
Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance
Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
Working within confined spaces where required
Ensuring all work complies with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations
What We're Looking For




Current WA Electrical Licence
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial or mining environments
Experience working with production machinery, conveyors or automated systems
Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
Exposure to instrumentation and control systems highly regarded
Confined space ticket (or willingness to obtain) advantageous
A proactive, safety-focused and team-oriented approach
