Position Overview:In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital support to our operations team.
Your contributions will help ensure smooth and effective service delivery, allowing us to meet our goals for quality repairs and outstanding customer satisfaction.
You'll oversee customer communications, bookings, workflow coordination, office administration and customer satisfaction.
You'll also work closely with management to continually improve systems, technology and processes that make our business better.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Arrange and manage repair bookings to optimise workflow.
Maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic accounts administration where required.
Place stationary orders and assist with ordering and receiving goods.
Support managers and team members with administrative and operational tasks.




Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop.
Conduct vehicle arrival inspections and facilitate handovers.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or operations is preferred but not essential.
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning and using new technology, software platforms and business systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
