About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administration Lead to oversee the day-to-day administration and corporate services function across our Perth office.Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines operational leadership with hands-on administration and office management.
You will lead a small team of administration professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business support services while maintaining an efficient, professional and welcoming workplace.
This is a key leadership position responsible for driving administrative excellence, developing team capability, improving business processes and ensuring consistent service delivery across the organisation.
You will partner closely with leaders across the business to support operational priorities while fostering a collaborative, high-performing administration team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment, enjoys building efficient systems, and takes pride in developing others while delivering exceptional organisational support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop the Perth administration team, providing coaching, guidance and day-to-day supervision.Manage team workloads, priorities and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and timely administrative support across the business.Foster a positive,



collaborative and customer-focused team culture while supporting ongoing professional development and performance.Lead the day-to-day office administration and corporate services function for the Perth office.Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and employees.Coordinate office operations, facilities management and workplace services to maintain an efficient, safe and high-performing environment.Maintain corporate asset registers, including IT equipment, mobile devices, office assets, company credit cards and property records.Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing comparisons, raising purchase requests and monitoring approvals.Build and manage relationships with building management, contractors, suppliers and external service providers.Oversee multiple shared inboxes and calendars, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.Provide project administration support, including reporting, document management and maintaining business systems.Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new employees, ensuring a positive and seamless commencement experience.Coordinate domestic and international travel for operational staff and senior leadership.Lead the coordination of internal events, meetings, catering and employee engagement initiatives.Support workplace health and safety administration and compliance activities.Ensure office supplies, workplace amenities and presentation standards are maintained to a consistently high level.Identify, implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance administrative processes, systems and operational efficiency.Provide executive and operational support to senior leadership as required.
About YouYou are an experienced administration leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes and creating efficient, well-organised workplaces.
You bring a strong customer service mindset, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to lead by example in a dynamic professional services setting.
You'll also bring:Minimum 5+ years' experience in office management, corporate services, business support or administration leadership within a professional services environment.Previous experience leading,



mentoring or supervising an administration or business support team, including responsibility for direct reports.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders.Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.Exceptional organisational, planning and time management abilities.Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with full professional English proficiency, supporting stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Italy.Strong commercial awareness with experience managing procurement activities and supplier relationships.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving capability.Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills.Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
