You will provision PCs and deliver 1st level PC, network and server support to external clients, with a solid emphasis on customer service.
You should have general interest in IT, knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, basic network troubleshooting, and a TAFE Certificate or MCSA or equivalent.
Driver's license is required.
