New Town Toyota – East Victoria Park New Town Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department in East Victoria Park.As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive service experience from the moment they arrive or contact us.
If you have previous reception, administration or customer service experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
This is a permanent, full time position working:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Opportunity to work occassional Saturdays How you will make an impact Welcome Service customers and provide a professional first impression Answer and manage inbound service calls and appointment enquiries Support service bookings and customer follow-up Verify and maintain accurate customer information Manage daily no-show appointments and reschedule bookings Provide administrative support to the Service Department Assist the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience What we're looking for Previous experience in reception,



administration or customer service (automotive experience desirable but not essential) Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work High attention to detail and accuracy A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Why New Town Toyota?
