What Makes this Role Exciting
During the performance of their normal role in facilitating education outcomes, the Principal Lecturer, is expected to focus upon leadership and qualitative improvements in educational processes and programs in this diverse Workgroup.
Are You the One?
Proven experience leading, managing and facilitating accredited and non-accredited training for diverse adult learners, including supporting staff through in-class, online delivery and assessment activities.
Ability to build successful relationships across large teams, industry partners,
Government or NGO (Non Government Organisation) settings, while designing, validating and reviewing training and assessment products to meet compliant standards.
Experience supporting staff validation, assessment judgements, training package transitions, internal and external audits, plus a minimum Certificate IV, Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant Business Services areas.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
