With a strong pipeline of secured work and a number of significant developments commencing, the business is entering an exciting period of sustained growth.
As a result, an chance has become available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Multi-Residential team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of apartment, townhouse, and group housing developments, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages.
Manage procurement, tendering, and contract documentation.
Assess and process progress claims, variations, and payment schedules.




Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure commercial performance.
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and final account negotiations.
Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage project risk.
About You
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial or residential construction industry.
Experience delivering multi-residential projects will be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
