We are seeking experienced Product Owners to join a large-scale digital transformation program delivering customer-centric products and services within a Federal Government environment.
Australian Citizenship and an active Baseline Security Clearance are mandatory.
About the RoleAs a Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers and Agile delivery teams to maximise product value, prioritise backlogs, define user stories, and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
You will play a key role in product discovery, stakeholder engagement, roadmap delivery and continuous improvement while balancing business priorities, customer needs and technical feasibility.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or similar role
Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience
Experience managing product backlogs, user stories and prioritisation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills




Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Digital Service Standard principles
Experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Blazor) is desirable
Secure, Scrum or Product Ownership certifications are highly regarded
