Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors – Bayswater North VICAccent Aluminium Windows and Doors is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminium windows and doors, committed to deliver innovative, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions, proud of our heritage and proven reputation as a leader in the industry.Duties & Responsibilities:Assemble aluminium frame doors and windows with accuracy and efficiencyAssemble flyscreen, window, and door componentsAssist with fabrication of windows and doorsAssist with loading and unloading materials and productsAssisting with delivery to site as and when/if requiredAssist with glazing unitsGeneral workshop cleaning and maintenanceWork collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeIdentify and perform repairs or rework on defective frames and partsContribute to a safe and inclusive work setting, respecting a diversity of cultures and backgrounds.RequirementsPrevious experience in fabrication and assembly work is desirableMust be able to read and speak English to a functional levelDemonstrate excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work cooperativelyPunctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibilityOpen and adaptable to working in a culturally diverse environmentPrevious experience in the aluminium door and window industry is preferred but not essential.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
