With a number of different indoor and outdoor spaces to explore, Spicers Hidden Vale is a unique luxury Australian experience.What you'll be doing...Provide genuine, welcoming & efficient service every time, always ensuring the guest experience and service provided is put ahead of admin work;Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures,



including process payments and verifying guest information, assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed;Act as an ambassador for the retreat, provide information about our dining options, amenities and offering location / area recommendations;Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, knowing when to pass over to management to resolve issues;Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback;Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues;Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times.You'll thrive in this role if you have...Minimum 1-2 years experience in a front office, reception or customer service role ideally within a Hotel workplace (essential);Strong communication skills and eye for detail;Positive attitude and love for customer service;Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;Reliable vehicle to get to and from the retreat;Located close to the retreat or a willingness to relocate.
