SEEK is launching a brand-current large-format retail store in North Lakes,QLD, and we are seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help build the team from day one.
You will partner with the Store Manager to own day-to-day operations in a quick-paced setting, developing people, driving performance and setting high standards from the outset.
You will lead on the shop floor, coach staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experience while maintaining stock and store standards.
