ASI Solutions is seeking a Field Services Technician to support customers with hands-on hardware troubleshooting, repairs and installations across desktop equipment, servers, and networking devices.
You will work closely with the Field Services Team Leader and the Managed Service Desk to ensure a well-monitored customer setting.
You will log, manage and resolve incidents, configure devices, and help monitor and maintain client settings.
