Campaspe Family Practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy team on a Casual basis.The successful candidate will hit the ground running and be highly motivated with a sound background in customer service.
Proficient computer skills are essential with a knowledge of medical software including Best Practice desirable.Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phoneMaintaining confidentiality while managing patient recordsProcessing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliationsEffective management of patient appointment typesGeneral administration and daily office dutiesDuties as required by Doctors and the Practice ManagerTo be successful in this role, you will have:Positive availability across Monday to Saturday,
