The property now offers 192 contemporary apartments across two buildings, located directly opposite each other, with our brand-current five-storey building opening in August ****.With this exciting growth, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our friendly Front Office team on a Full Time basis.The RoleThe key responsibilities include:Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner,Check-in and check-out of guests,Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations,Assisting in-house guests,Finalising guest accounts,Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays (as required).
Reception operating hours are 07:*******:00 (7 days).




The shifts for this role will primarily be in the afternoon/evening from middayAbility to do occasional after hours on-callThe Ideal CandidateThe successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:A passion for providing friendly personalised service,Reliable and able to work a flexible fortnightly roster at both properties,The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team,Excellent grooming and presentation,High attention to detail,Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,Previous experience with Windows systems and/or Front Office reservation programs (this would be advantageous),Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.The OpportunityIn return for your skills, expertise and dedication, you will be provided with a competitive industry hourly rate, higher rates on public holidays, free on-site car parking, uniforms and discounts for accommodation.An immediate start would be preferred however exceptions can be made for individual circumstances.Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
