The ideal candidate will have experience as a labourer and a desire to actively contribute to team planning and be committed to solid work productivity and high quality workmanship.Carry out tasks as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to: Assisting plant and machinery movements, handheld machine use, manual labour, asphalting, concreting and paving.Participate in toolbox meetingsFollow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleaguesContribute to effective team work by being proactive, engaged and seeking to complete high quality work in an effective and efficient mannerExperience in civil constructionHold a current driver's licenceWhite CardWorking with Children's CheckBe physically fit and capable of manual labourAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamMachinery tickets (not essential)HR truck license (preferred, not essential)Be punctual, reliable, have pride in your work
