We're looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our Perth sales team and help our reseller partners grow their businesses.

The Role
Our purpose is simple: to help our resellers grow and become more profitable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially curious, enjoys building relationships and is ready to develop their career in sales.
Working within our Long Tail Channel Business, you'll engage with reseller customers, identify new opportunities and build the product knowledge, commercial confidence and customer relationships needed to succeed.
You'll make approximately 50 outbound calls each day, speaking with both existing and prospective customers.
While previous sales experience is important, you don't need decades of experience.
What matters most is your confidence, resilience, work ethic and genuine desire to learn.
Demonstrate the drive, will and determination that's required in sales and networking your accounts and we'll support you to enhance your journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of both existing and new reseller accounts.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
· Help resellers grow their businesses through trusted advice and support.
· Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with the company incentive program.




· Work closely with our production, warranty and warehouse teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
· Attend product, sales and industry training sessions (some after-hours training may be required).
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
· Represent Leader at industry events when required.
· Complete approximately ***** outbound customer calls each day.

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a sales role with a distributor, reseller or retailer.
Good knowledge of IT products and the technology industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team.
Strong organisation, written, oral,



and time management skills.
