At the Coogee Bay Hotel, we are passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences and we're on the lookout for Conference Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions.
About the role
You'll be part of our dedicated events team, delivering seamless service across canapé, cocktail, conference, and formal dining events.




From room set-up and pack-down to food and beverage service, you'll play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets a high standard of guest experience.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in functions, events, banquets or a similar food and beverage role
Confident in canapé, tray service, plated service, and conference-style events
Solid guest service skills with a professional and polished approach
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
Current RSA required
