Administration Officer – BlueCare – Caloundra Aged Care FacilityEmployment Term: PermanentLocation: Caloundra Aged Care FacilityRemuneration: $***** per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & AllowancesAbout the role:Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, the Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative and logistical support to residential services.
Acting as the first point of contact, this role manages reception, communications and key administrative processes, ensuring a professional, responsive and resident-centred service.You will:Provide reception coverage and create a welcoming, inclusive front-of-house environmentManage phone calls, emails, enquiries and visitor entry requirementsAct as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitorsProvide administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, agendas and minutesSupport resident administration processes including admissions, records and reportingAssist with accounts administration, including invoice processingOrganise diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangementsRespond to feedback and complaints with professionalism and elevate where requiredEnsure confidentiality, privacy and accurate handling of sensitive informationWork collaboratively with staff to support smooth operations and a positive resident experienceRole requirements:Proven experience in administration and office support rolesStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systemsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work independentlyExperience in aged care or healthcare (highly regarded)Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable)Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policiesEmployee Advantages:Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annumA recognition and rewards platform,
