About the roleAs the Manager, Investigation Services, you'll lead a team with a clear purpose, protecting the integrity and sustainability of the TAC scheme through smart, intelligence led investigations.
You'll shape how TAC identifies and responds to fraud, corruption and emerging risks, turning insights into action that strengthens decision‐making and builds trust across the organisation.
This is a role for a leader who thrives on influence, partnership and continuous improvement, and who wants to uplift investigative capability and integrity culture across TAC.
About the TeamThe Investigation Services team brings together two highly skilled cohorts; a criminal investigations group focused on investigating allegations of fraud and/or misleading information and enforcement of the TAC Act **** by clients and providers.
And a Panel Performance team who manage and facilitate requests from the business relating to Accident Circumstance enquires, surveillance, employment enquiries and police interviews.

Your expertise enables high‐quality enforcement outcomes, effective escalation of sensitive matters and robust stakeholder relationships with law enforcement and investigative firms.
High‐Performing Team and CapabilityYou excel at coaching, developing and empowering specialist teams, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
You know how to build investigative capability, frameworks, tools, training and standards, that strengthen integrity controls and support TAC's current and future needs.
