Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Clayton site. You will lead up to 20 production operators, monitor KPIs and improve production processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
The role requires robust leadership, explicit communication, and the ability to handle challenging conversations. Monday–Friday 6am–2pm, with weekend work if required; you must have full working rights in Australia.
