We are currently looking for Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established transport company in Geelong.
They are willing to consider both a workshop supervisor or leading hand from a range of different back grounds.
This could include:
Panel Beater Smash Repair / Collision Automotive / Vehicle / Commercial Spray Painting Fibreglass Welding / Light Fabrication They would prefer someone who has experience working on coaches/buses/trucks.

But are happy to consider all backgrounds, if the person fits well with how the organisation works.
For example they would consider someone how had experience in fibreglass on boats / yachtsThe most significant aspect is that someone possess great leadership qualities and actively enjoys/wants to be in a leading hand / workshop supervisor role
This is a permanent role and will pay $*******K + Super per year based on experience and also comes with 12 RDOs per year.
