We are looking for an experienced and motivated FIFO Chef to join our team, servicing remote accommodation villages and work sites based out of Darwin, NT.

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals who thrive in a remote camp environment.
You'll need to be adaptable, reliable, and able to work well in a small team, while delivering exceptional food and service.
Location and Details:
Location and Point of Hire: Darwin, NT
️ Roster: 2:1
⏰ Shifts: 12 hour shifts
⏳ Start Date: ASAP | Multiple Dinner Chef and Breakfast chef roles available.




About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Previous FIFO, remote camp, mining, or high-volume catering experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
White Card- Mandatory
Drivers Licence - Mandatory
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
