Resolve Recruit is partnering with a government regulator to find highly motivated, outcomes-focused Business Analysts.
As a Business Analyst, you will be an exceptional communicator who builds trusted relationships, brings people together, and creates alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enjoys working across multiple concurrent initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and trusted partnerships across business and technical teams
Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs and align priorities
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, processes, user stories and acceptance criteria
Drive activities forward by proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities, and working with stakeholders to resolve them
Support planning activities including backlog management, business case development, roadmaps and delivery planning
Communicate progress, insights, risks and recommendations to support effective decision-making
Work across multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery
Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
Key Experience and Skills
Communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.




Experience building relationships and working collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience taking initiative and delivering outcomes with a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to identify opportunities and address problems as they arise.
Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable outcomes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
A collaborative approach that supports team and organisational outcomes.
