This is more than a traditional Associate or Senior Associate position.
It is an opportunity to work alongside two highly respected Managing Partners who are committed to mentoring and developing the successful candidate into a future leader of the firm's commercial practice.

The OpportunityWorking within an established and growing commercial team, you will advise a broad range of clients across:
Commercial transactions
Business sales and acquisitions
Commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
Shareholder and commercial agreements
General commercial advisory matters
Commercial dispute resolution where required
You'll also have the opportunity to build solid client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm's commercial pratice.
About YouYou will ideally possess:
Minimum 2 years' PQE (more senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
Experience across commercial law, commercial property and/or business transactions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills




A commercial mindset with an interest in developing your own client base/ practice
A proactive approach and genuine desire to contribute to the long-term success of the practice
