We are seeking an organised, resilient, and reliable After Hours Rostering and Admin Officer for 20 hours per week to support the smooth day-to-day running of our business.This role is ideal for someone with NDIS Rostering experience who is comfortable being on the phone, working autonomously, engaging with participants, families, and staff, and who understands the realities of working in disability services.About the RoleAs our After Hours Rostering and Admin Officer, you will be a central point of contact for the organisation from the following days and times:5pm- 9pm Wednesdays5pm- 9pm Thursdays5pm- 9pm Fridays11am - 7pm SaturdaysYou will spend a significant portion of your shift answering after hours phone calls, text messages, responding to enquiries, amending the roster and communicating with staff and participants, while supporting the operational and administrative needs of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & CommunicationAnswering and managing incoming phone calls and text messages on a daily basisResponding to enquiries from participants, families, and staffManaging inboxes, correspondence, and general enquiriesMaintaining accurate participant, staff,
