We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Content Creator to help build our property brands in both of our Buyers Agency and Real Estate Agency .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to create content that captures attention across multiple platforms.
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality YouTube videos, podcasts and social media content that builds brand awareness, generates leads and positions our business as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, film and edit engaging YouTube videos in our inhouse Podcast studio.
Produce, record and edit podcasts, including both audio and video formats.
Repurpose podcast and YouTube content into engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
Attend property inspections, client appointments, events and filming days to capture high-quality content.
Create eye-catching thumbnails, graphics and marketing assets.
Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters and website content.
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
Monitor analytics and performance to continually improve content strategy.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns, lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities.

Is passionate about content creation and digital marketing.
Understands YouTube, podcasting and social media best practices.
Has exceptional video and audio editing skills.
Can confidently operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
Understands storytelling and audience engagement.




Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Has a creative eye for branding, design and visual aesthetics.
Is proactive, self-motivated and brings fresh ideas to the team.
Has solid written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys collaborating while also working independently.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience filming and editing YouTube content.
Experience producing and editing podcasts (audio and video).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software.
Experience with Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails and audience retention strategies.
Experience scheduling and managing content across multiple platforms.
Photography and videography experience.
Drone licence (advantageous but not essential).
Experience within real estate or property marketing (desirable but not essential).
