for an immediate start.This role is ideal for confident and compassionate individuals who want more than just a job - you'll be part of a team committed to raising the standard of disability support.Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry and will have experience with the following.Complex, high behavioural needsCommunity mental healthChild Safety experienceMedication administrationExperience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)Candidate qualifications:Our ideal candidates will possess the following:Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtainCurrent First Aid/CPR CertificateCurrent Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History CheckCurrent Driver LicenseCurrent NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
