As the Maintenance Administrator, you'll be the go-to person keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for the community.
From handling inquiries and coordinating with operational teams to managing daily schedules, no two days will be the same.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise, process, and manage purchase orders accurately and efficientlyProvide high-quality, day-to-day administrative support to the busy maintenance workshopMaintain accurate maintenance records, compliance logs, and documentationCoordinate seamlessly with suppliers, technicians,



and internal stakeholdersProcess invoices and reconcile purchase orders to keep financials on trackUpdate maintenance management systems and ensure top-tier data accuracyAssist with scheduling maintenance activities and keeping general fleet administration running smoothlySupport the Fleet Coordinator with ad hoc administrative tasks and team projectsBenefits to youThree month temp assignment with the potential to go permanent!
