About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality caravan servicing and repair work, ensuring safety, precision, and attention to detail across all tasks.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
12V lithium battery and solar upgrades
Leak and water ingress repairs and re-sealing
Fault finding and diagnosis of appliance issues
Timber frame and ply repairs for walls and floors
Performing axle servicing of brakes,



bearings and suspension
Cladding installation including aluminium, composite and fibreglass
Fabrication, assembly and installation of accessories including awnings and hatches
Insurance repairs including accident, structural, mechanical, cladding, hail and timber
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Proven experience in caravan, automotive or trailer repairs
A reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude with openness to feedback
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Trade qualification (e.g. Cert III in RV Service & Repair or Mechanics) preferred but not essential
