Slab and Garden City is now looking for an all-rounder Yard person.
Bayswater, Carlisle and Osborne Park.
The role is full-time 40 hours per week.
The primary roles for the yard person is to service customers in our garden centre in a professional and polite manner, with promoting the company's products through sales, demonstration & displays.
Candidates must be reliable and punctual and committed to providing high levels of customer service.
This position requires physical labour so candidates must be keen and energetic and able to lift over 20kg.
You will need to be fast paced to be able to load customers then to serve them at the till.
To be a successful candidate,



it is essential that you...* Have retail experience * Day to day managing of cash sales with excellent communication skills with clientele.
* Have a forklift licence (An Advantage)* Loader Experience (An Advantage but will train)* Balancing of the till.
* Must have a car Licence and a vehicle as may need to travel to all 3 yards.
Roster includes 1 day on the weekend.
