Process Plant Network is seeking an organised Aftersales Assistant to support our growing team in Victoria. You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers, suppliers and technicians, helping ensure parts, orders and systems remain accurate and up to date.
This hands-on role covers customer service, quoting, purchasing, inventory administration and documentation. You will work with ERP/CRM tools and contribute to continuous improvements while keeping things organised and productive.
