About the RoleSeeking a highly analytical and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.This role is focused on data analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy, ensuring efficient coordination across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution functions.You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and improving customer service outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logisticsEvaluate business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance and reduce operational costsCollect and analyse operational data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-makingPrepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for managementMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, inventory turnover,



and service levelsProvide recommendations and insights to management on process improvements and operational efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer serviceLiaise with suppliers and service providers to improve delivery performanceSupport implementation of system and process improvements across the organisationAbout YouBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fieldAt least 1-year relevant full-time experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insightsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSalary & BenefitsSalary range: $78,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on experience)Full time permanent positionOpportunity to contribute to business growth and process optimisationSupportive team environmentPay: $78,****** – $90,****** per yearWork Location: In person
