What you'll do
Oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage area, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing staff performance and training.
Requirements




Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid RSA certification.
Skills & tools
Proficient in using point of sale systems and inventory management software.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage sector.
Practical notes
Salary for this position is $77,****** per year.
