You will contribute to the dignity and well-being of the residents by providing a protected home like environment, assisting with personal care, mobility and other duties required.The Hospital Assistant works as part of the multidisciplinary team.
You will be required to maintain a safe environment for clinical care while supporting the residents with personal care.You will need to be reliable, punctual and energetic, physically fit, have a caring and supportive attitude and use your good communication skills to be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Remaining calm in emergencies and the capability to handle equipment such as wheelchairs, beds and other medical equipment is also valued.
