About the role
Reporting to the PM you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
Responsibilities
Administration of head contract including claims, variations, EOTs and RFIs




Administration of subcontracts including claim assessment, variations
Preparation of documentation for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works
Tender analysis and recommendations
Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
Preparation of subcontracts including detailed scope of works
Produce financial information to accurately manage the construction budget
Liaison with site staff and monitoring of site progress
Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager for all facets of the projects
Preparation of quantities and take off as required
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Thorough knowledge of contracts
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to interpret design documents
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Innovative and flexible in problem solving
Extensive experience in tender processes and trade procurement.
