What you'll do:
Greet students, instructors & visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage calls, emails & course enquiries
Coordinate flight lesson bookings & schedules
Keep records accurate & admin running smoothly
Support instructors with training materials & timetables
Arrange charter flights
What you'll bring:
Reception or customer service experience (aviation experience a bonus)
Great communication & multitasking skills
Confident with scheduling systems & Microsoft Office
Positive, proactive attitude and a love for helping people
