As our Events business continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Events Attendants to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of memorable celebrations, corporate events, weddings and special occasions while gaining exposure across multiple hospitality departments.
About the Role
As an Events Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail.
This is a casual position offering flexible shifts across Events, with opportunities to support other hospitality areas throughout the Club based on operational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their event experience
Setting up and resetting function spaces in accordance with event requirements and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Assisting with weddings, corporate functions, special events and Club activations
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces
Supporting operational requirements across multiple hospitality departments when required
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
About You




You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in dynamic environments where no two shifts are the same.
You bring a positive attitude, strong customer focus and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in hospitality, functions, events or customer service roles
A professional and friendly approach to customer interactions
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Availability to work across Events and other hospitality departments as required
